Every student’s college experience will be different. Our College Pathway is designed to meet students where they are and help them navigate the road ahead. From exploring college options to submitting applications and making decisions, we provide the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to move forward with confidence.

  • Whether it’s a two-year, four-year, public, private, in-state, or out-of-state institution, we help students discover the right fit—not just for academics, but for who they are and who they’re becoming.

  • We help students and families make sense of the financial aid process—from understanding the FAFSA to comparing award letters and uncovering hidden costs.

    Our goal is to take the fear and confusion out of paying for college by empowering students with the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions.

For students called to serve, the Military Pathway offers structured guidance and wholehearted support as they explore what it means to build a future through military service. Whether they’re considering active duty, reserves, or ROTC programs, we help them understand their options, connect with recruiters, prepare for entrance exams, and navigate enlistment or academy applications.

  • We support students in taking confident steps toward military service by helping them understand enlistment requirements, prepare for the ASVAB, and connect with trusted recruiters.

    From physical fitness expectations to job training opportunities, we break down what to expect so students and their families can make informed decisions.

    Our goal is to make the path to service feel clear, purposeful, and aligned with who they are and who they hope to become.

    From the GI Bill and Tuition Assistance to scholarships like ROTC and the Yellow Ribbon Program, we walk students through their options so they can make smart, informed choices about funding their future.

TRADE pathway

For students who want to contribute with their hands and their skills, the Trade Pathway opens doors to in-demand careers that keep our communities running. Whether they’re interested in becoming electricians, welders, mechanics, cosmetologists, or medical techs, we help them explore programs, certifications, apprenticeships, and unions that match their interests and strengths.

  • We help students discover the wide range of skilled trades available to them.

    Through career interest assessments, site visits, and informational interviews, students learn what’s out there, what’s required, and what aligns with their goals, strengths, and passions.

  • Trade schools and certification programs can be affordable—and we’re here to make sure students know how to access the funding available to them.

    From FAFSA to state grants, scholarships, and employer-sponsored programs, we break down the options and help students apply with confidence.

  • Once a student finds the right program, we guide them through the enrollment process—from completing applications and submitting transcripts to meeting deadlines and preparing for orientation.

    We make sure no step gets missed, so students can focus on starting strong and stepping into their future with purpose.

  • Apprenticeships are a powerful way to earn while you learn.

    We guide students through the process of applying to local union and non-union programs, understanding eligibility requirements, and preparing for entrance exams or interviews—so they can hit the ground running with confidence.

    That includes identifying approved programs, navigating state requirements, and connecting with support resources along the way.

GAP pathway

The “Get a Pathway Year” is designed for students who want to take intentional time to clarify their next steps. Whether it’s through travel, service, work experience, or personal development, we help students design a gap year with purpose. We guide them in setting goals, identifying meaningful opportunities, and creating a plan that turns time off into a time of growth.

    Whether they’re interested in volunteering, working, traveling, or building new skills, we guide them in setting clear goals and identifying experiences that align with their values, interests, and future plans.

    From applying for fellowships and paid programs to creating a savings plan, we ensure students understand how to fund their year without compromising their long-term goals.
